Your Ads Aren’t Working, Here’s Why

Tried running ads but didn’t get results?

You’re not alone. Most early ads fail — but not because of the platform. It’s usually the setup. Let’s fix that.

1. Your ad doesn’t hook in 2 seconds

People scroll fast. If your ad starts slow or looks like a brand ad, they’ll skip.

Fix it:

Lead with:

  • A bold claim

  • A relatable problem

  • A question your audience actually asks

2. You’re targeting too broad (or too niche)

Targeting everyone = targeting no one. But targeting “25–28 year old yogis in Yorkshire” might be too narrow.

Fix it:

  • Start with interest or behaviour-based audiences.

  • Layer with creative that filters in the right people.

3. You’re sending people to the wrong place

A weak landing page kills good ads.

Fix it:

Send traffic to a page that’s:

  • Relevant

  • Fast to load

  • Built around one action (buy, book, sign up)

Running ads is easy. Running ads that work takes setup.

If you’ve already spent money and didn’t see results, I’m happy to take a look and share what I’d change.
