The Overview

Education Cubed was where I cut my teeth in digital, joining straight out of university and quickly getting hands-on with campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic. Focused on the education sector, the role gave me early exposure to multi-channel media, performance reporting, and direct client comms.

My Role

Over two years, I progressed from Paid Media Executive to Senior Executive — managing campaigns end-to-end across key platforms. I worked with higher education clients on student recruitment campaigns, open day promotions, and course-specific lead gen.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Building and managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and DV360

  • Writing ad copy, building keyword strategies, and setting up retargeting

  • Monitoring performance daily and optimising against KPIs like CTR and CPA

  • Pulling campaign insights and reporting back to clients

  • Supporting new business and onboarding junior team members

Why It Matters

Cubed was my training ground. It gave me the hands-on experience, discipline, and multi-channel mindset that still shape how I work today, especially when it comes to aligning creative with performance and thinking across the full funnel.
